Q: What is the inital assessment?
- For your initial assessment we would need to see you for 60 to 90 minutes. At this time we would do complete body measurements, weight and body composition.
When we have the results, we would go over your short and long term goals. We would then measure strength, cardiovascular abilities and flexibility. Your goals will be determined by the "SMART" system, which is, specific, measurable, action oriented, realistic, and timed. With this in mind, we can help develop a personal program specific to your goals.
Q: Why should I use a personal training?
- While working with a P.T. you will gain 3 times the results of the average person working out on their own.
Q: What will you give me that I wouldn’t get on my own ?
- Proper technique, support, motivation, varied routines personal to your goals and needs.
Q: How long will it take to achieve my goals or see results?
- Depending on your goals, and you should have some short term and long term goals you should see results within the first 6 weeks.
